No one knows how your body is feeling more than yourself.
I spent my years racing professional Ironman 70.3 self-coached. There is no doubt I was my strongest and most consistent during this time. Training was never a chore, every session no matter how easy or hard had a purpose. Every session complimented the previous and led into the following. I built it so there were highlight sessions I'd look forward to in the week, easy days when they were due and substitutes for session when weather prevailed and/or injury struck. I want my athletes to love the sport like I do, I will teach you the ways to give 100% to your session's week in, week out. The race is the end goal but let's enjoy the journey along the way.
The intuitive method is a type of coaching that helps athletes tap into their own intuition to achieve their goals and improve their athletic life. I believe that everyone has an innate ability to intuitively know what is best for them, and that by following their intuition, they can create positive changes and outcomes in their life.
