Your weekly training plan will be completely tailored to you based on your goals, work commitments and current fitness levels. Plans will be delivered via Training Peaks where feedback can be provided and received.
I am excited to work with all levels of triathletes across distance from enticer to Ironman. From the absolute beginner looking to complete their first race to a top tier amateur and even a professional athlete looking for the 1% gains.
I will be offering 3 face to face sessions a week with room for more if numbers increase. These sessions will target technique, race simulation and coming together in a group environment.
Whilst travelling the world I learnt to know my equipment inside out. I will be offering servicing, pre race tune ups and everything I've learnt about bike fitting at heavily discounted rates for my athletes.
I am by no means a nutritionist but over my time I have tried numerous diets and fuelling for performance to have plenty of experience in this area. I am happy to have a chat about nutrition during training and fuelling for race day.
I will be reachable via phone and email each day with any questions relating to the session ahead, fuelling and recovery. Training Peaks will be checked regularly to view post activity data and comments.
